1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.agenticflowpro.com or using any AgenticFlowPro LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AgenticFlowPro LLC provides the HelixCloudOps autonomous cloud operations platform and related services. The platform is currently in pre-release/beta phase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on this website and within the HelixCloudOps platform, including the multi-LLM consensus system covered by USPTO Provisional Patent #63/975,794, is the proprietary property of AgenticFlowPro LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without express written permission.

5. Beta Services

The HelixCloudOps platform is currently in pre-release development. Beta services are provided "as-is" without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticFlowPro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
