I'm Brian Alvarez, founder of AgenticFlowPro LLC. Today I'm sharing what we've been building — and why I believe autonomous AI agents are about to fundamentally change how companies operate their cloud infrastructure.

What We're Building

HelixCloudOps is an autonomous cloud operations platform. It deploys 33 AI agents across your AWS infrastructure, organized into four specialized squads:

Operations Squad (8 agents): Infrastructure management, auto-scaling, self-healing
Security Squad (7 agents): Threat detection, compliance, vulnerability scanning
Cost Squad (8 agents): Cost optimization, rightsizing, waste elimination
Support Squad (10 agents): Incident response, runbook automation, on-call management

These aren't chatbots that suggest actions. They're autonomous agents that take action — with human oversight built in at every step.

Why I Started AgenticFlowPro

Mid-market companies — those spending $50K–$500K/year on cloud — are stuck in an impossible position. They can't afford the $450K–$1.25M/year SRE teams that enterprise companies use. But they're running production workloads that demand that level of operational excellence.

For years, the answer was "hire more people." Large language models changed that.

In late 2025, I started building what I wished existed: a platform where 33 autonomous agents do the work of a full SRE team, at a fraction of the cost.

The Patent-Pending Breakthrough

The core innovation is multi-LLM consensus validation. Before any autonomous action is taken — scaling, deploying, modifying security policy — three independent AI models (Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini 2.0 Flash) must agree on the action.

This eliminates hallucinations. It dramatically reduces false positives. And it creates an audit trail that regulators love.

We filed USPTO Provisional Patent #63/975,794 on February 4, 2026. 19 of 20 claims are implemented in the current platform.

Customer Zero

The most important proof point: HelixCloudOps manages itself. Our own AWS infrastructure — the production platform running these 33 agents — is managed entirely by those same agents.

This isn't a demo. It's real production infrastructure, real AWS spend, real incidents. Every claim we make has been validated against reality.

What's Next

We're raising a $750K–$2.25M SAFE round to fund go-to-market. We're onboarding pilot customers in Q2 2026 and targeting general availability in Q3 2026.
